The Arbaer frying pan is constructed with a unique 3-ply technology of two layers of stainless steel and an éxtra thick layer of aluminum. The aluminum layer provides heat conduction and is up to 50% thicker than other pans in the market at Arbaer pans. This thicker layer of aluminum, which is also incorporated into the side walls, saves energy by cooking at lower heat and ensures fast and perfect heat distribution. - The pan is NOT microwave safe!
- The handles are hot when the pan comes out of the oven. So always use oven gloves in this case.
- Never use objects with sharp points (such as a knife or fork) on the honeycomb coating.
- Use the pan on medium heat and never on high heat! The thick layer of aluminum does the rest.
- The steel skillet can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher after use; however, for an
optimal lifespan, manual cleaning with dish soap is recommended.
